Stop answering "any update?"

Clients hear nothing until it's fixed. Client ticket status updates keep them in the loop.

Clients report an issue and then hear nothing until it is fixed. Account managers spend hours checking Jira and replying to status questions. Updates are late, and clients feel ignored.

How it works

Ticket updates are posted back to the Slack thread or WhatsApp chat where the issue was reported.
  1. 1Ticket changesA developer moves a ticket to In progress, Fixed or Deployed.
  2. 2Update is writtenAI turns the change into a short, client-friendly message.
  3. 3Posted where it startedThe message lands in the original thread or chat.
  4. 4Client is in the loopNo chasing, no status calls, no copy-paste.

FAQs

Will clients see our internal comments?

No. Only status changes you choose, written as a short message, are shared. Comments and internal fields are never posted.

Can it work for tickets that were not created from Slack?

Yes. We can link a ticket to a client channel by project or label, so updates reach the right client even if the ticket was created in Jira.

Do we need the Slack bug-to-ticket bot as well?

No, it works on its own. The two work best together, because each reported bug automatically gets its own update thread.
