Can our clients use the bot, or only our team?

Both. Anyone in a shared Slack Connect or Teams channel can tag the bot. You choose which channels it listens to.

We use Linear, not Jira. Does it still work?

Yes. The bot works with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, GitHub Issues and Azure DevOps. We set it up for the tool you already use.

What if the bot gets the priority wrong?

Your team can change it in the ticket as usual. During setup we agree the rules for priority and routing, and we tune them in the first weeks.
