Description of Service
OVIEX provides an AI infrastructure platform that enables businesses to deploy intelligent chat and voice agents in regional Indian languages. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described on our pricing page.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use OVIEX's services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper working of the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of OVIEX and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Payment & Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.
Limitation of Liability
OVIEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
